Upskill your psychedelic integration toolkit Learn effective Somatic tools, Methods & Models Support your clients in Psychedelic Transformation & Personal Growth

Plant medicine ceremonies are sacred spaces for profound healing and transformation. The real work happens afterwards, in integration, where insight becomes embodied change. Without effective integration, participants can struggle to bridge their ceremonial experiences with daily life, leaving them feeling unsupported and disconnected.

The 60-hour SPMI programme helps you create safe, trauma-aware spaces where clients can process, stabilise, and translate ceremonial insights into embodied wisdom and lasting growth.

It’s designed for integration practitioners, therapists, plant medicine facilitators, psychedelic professionals, tripsitters, medicine guides, and anyone seeking an embodied, trauma-informed approach to psychedelic integration.

The curriculum blends somatic psychology, embodiment and trauma-informed care into a practical, client-led model. Gain a clear map of the integration journey so you can guide others with skill and compassion.

SOMATIC PSYCHEDELIC INTEGRATION

The Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Practitioner Program (SPMI) blends the latest in somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, and plant medicine wisdom into a cohesive, practical model. Designed for integration practitioners, facilitators, and plant medicine coaches, this program empowers you to guide others with skill, compassion, and a deep understanding of the integration journey.

Integration is the key to lasting transformation. Without it, the profound insights from sacred medicine journeys can fade into fleeting memories.

The Somatic Plant Medicine Integration Model is a trauma-informed, inner-directed approach designed to help clients embody their medicine insights. By turning profound realizations into meaningful actions and everyday resilience, you’ll guide them toward true, sustainable change.

This model equips you with the skills to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can metabolize, anchor, and expand their experiences into deep personal transformation. Learn to turn insights into embodied wisdom and help clients achieve profound, lasting growth.

Led by Atira Tan—a #1 bestselling author, somatic trauma specialist, and TEDx speaker—this program will deepen your knowledge and practice, helping you support meaningful, embodied healing for yourself and your clients.

In this training, I was taken straight back to my deepest experience and revelation of all of my plant medicine journeys in the Somatic Plant Medicine Program and I could integrate the experience even deeper. I experienced how profound integration is to resolving challenging journeys and bringing blessings into daily life in this program.

Atira has embodied the wisdom of trauma and plant medicine skillfully together. This work is essential and should be embodied by all plant medicine facilitators and in all plant medicine ceremonies and workshops.”

“This workshop was absolutely the best I’ve attended (online or in-person) in a long time.

I’m so grateful for the eloquence, attention to detail, professionalism, and depth with which this important work was presented.

This in-depth approach to integrating plant medicine experiences is definitely the missing link for me both personally and in my work in facilitating sacred ceremonies.”

REVOLUTIONISING TRAUMA HEALING WITH BODY-ORIENTED THERAPIES AND PLANT MEDICINE

In recent decades, groundbreaking advancements in body-oriented therapies and neuroscience have transformed our understanding of trauma. We now know how deeply interconnected the body and mind are, how trauma affects the brain, and how it is stored in the body and nervous system. This knowledge has revolutionized trauma recovery and the integration of healing insights and experiences.

THE ROLE OF PLANT MEDICINE

Plant medicines interact with neurotransmitters in the brain and work somatically with the intelligence wired into the nervous system. This connection is why users often experience various body sensations, such as heat, cold, purging, or yawning. The language of the nervous system is sensations, and plant medicines uniquely engage this automatic nervous system in the healing process.

INTEGRATING BODY-ORIENTED PSYCHOTHERAPIES

Given the close relationship between plant medicines and the body/mind connection, integrating contemporary body-oriented psychotherapies and bottom-up paradigms can greatly enhance the healing process. These approaches support and amplify the embodied integration of plant medicine experiences, fostering deeper, more effective trauma recovery.

Learn how to harness the transformative power of body-oriented therapies and plant medicine and combine these cutting-edge approaches to facilitate profound healing and integration through this training program.
