Why This Retreat Is Different

What to Expect

line maste verde

Set in the heart of the Peruvian Amazon, this 12-day Women’s Retreat is a sacred space to reconnect with your inner wisdom and awaken the Divine Feminine through the ancestral practices of Shipibo plant medicine. Guided by experienced female facilitators and plant allies, this immersive experience weaves together ceremony, silence, embodiment, and sisterhood.

Through traditional Ayahuasca ceremonies, master plant dieta, and feminine-centered healing practices—including womb work, sound, movement, and vocal activation—you’ll be held in a container designed to support emotional release, spiritual insight, and deep integration.

Whether you’re seeking healing, clarity, or a return to your authentic essence, this retreat invites you to listen deeply, soften into truth, and remember that your power lives within.

  • Guided by Shipibo Healers

Work with experienced Shipibo maestras and maestros, who carry deep ancestral knowledge of plant medicine and healing songs (icaros). In this retreat, their guidance holds the space for emotional safety, connection, and spiritual clarity—supporting your process as a woman walking the sacred path of plant medicine.

  • Sacred Ceremonies in the Heart of the Amazon

Participate in Ayahuasca ceremonies held in a safe, trauma-informed setting designed specifically for women. These ceremonies invite deep listening, emotional release, and intuitive connection, allowing you to soften into your heart and meet the sacred plant spirits with presence and trust.

  • Embodied Voice & Personalized Healing

Awaken your voice as a channel for self-expression and healing. Through breathwork, movement, and gentle vocal activation, you’ll reconnect with your truth in a supportive space. No singing experience is needed—just a willingness to explore and be heard, with compassion and curiosity.

  • Master Plant Dieta: Noya Rao

Enter a traditional Master Plant Dieta with Noya Rao, the luminous Tree of Light. Through silence, intention, and devotion, you’ll form a personal connection with her spirit—one that may offer dreams, melodies, or inner visions to support your emotional and spiritual transformation as a woman.

  • Support Beyond the Medicine

This retreat also includes womb care, yoni steam baths, jungle walks, creative practices, and sacred rest. Our holistic approach honors both the body and the spirit, helping you integrate the teachings of the plants into your daily life while staying connected to your feminine essence.

  • Trauma-Informed & Culturally Rooted

We honor the Shipibo tradition while integrating modern, trauma-informed practices for women’s healing. All elements are held in a safe, inclusive, and grounded space—allowing your feminine wisdom to unfold, supported by the plants and the nurturing power of sisterhood and song.

Your Healing Journey as a Woman

Noya Rao dieta

line maste verde

Noya Rao which is otherwise known as “The Tree of Life” or “Camino a la Verdad” – The Path of Truth is a mythical plant, of which there are only three in the entire Amazon Basin. has belonged to and been used in sacred ceremony by the Mahua Shipibo traditions for centuries. In the Shipibo tradition dieting on the bark of the Noya Rao is believed to be essential in the path towards becoming a healer. The tree is believed to enhance one’s connection and relationships to the spirits indwelling in other sacred plants and to facilitate profound transformation in the individual. This dieta can lead to greater capacity for organised thought, clarity, highly activated intuitive capacities as well as helping to bring to light unconscious assumptions one may have about the world, leading the dietero to have the newfound courage necessary to change them.

The Power of Sisterhood

In the tapestry of human tradition, women have long congregated to share wisdom, offer prayers, sing soulful melodies, and dance with abandon. These sacred assemblies forge a robust vessel of support and unity, dissolving any inclinations towards comparison and rivalry within the sisterhood. Instead, the emphasis is placed on mutual support through the myriad of life’s experiences – be it hardship, pain, joy, or celebration. This environment cultivates an unparalleled level of safety, empowering each woman to voice her deepest truths and to be fully acknowledged.

In today’s world, marked by vastly differing lifestyles, the profound connection and nurturing of female bonds in such depth have become rare. Recognizing the vital need for this ancient practice, we are devoted to rekindling the sacred ways of the Divine Feminine, encouraging women to weave their diverse gifts together. This collective endeavor aims to reignite the divine feminine spirit, acknowledging that while each woman holds incredible individual power, together, we embody a formidable force of love capable of healing across all realms of life.

Reconnecting to the Womb

The journey of reclaiming your feminine power commences at the heart of our sacred womb – the cradle of life itself. Engaging with Juanita and the sacred plants is an affirmation of your commitment to purify your temple body. This cleansing process extends beyond personal liberation, reaching back through your lineage to honor and heal the experiences of the women who have come before you, and paving a path of light for future generations.

This is a transformative period where you have the opportunity to harmonize the Throat-Heart-Womb nexus within the feminine essence. In doing so, your sensual energy is transmuted into a vibrant force for change, converting karma into dharma. When the divine feminine stands firm and balanced, the reclamation of power flows from the heart in a state of perfect harmony, purity, and equilibrium. From this sacred space, every song finds its voice, and every dance its rhythm, heralding the full expression of the divine feminine spirit.

I am Shika. I am born in Canada and ancestral roots from the Island of St.Lucia. My intention is bring souls home to self through the healing of plants, somatic healing, connecting with the wisdom of the elders, community and working with the elements. Also, helping other being connect with their unique gifts and share it with this world.

Started my jounrey as a public relations and marketing director at a young age. After going through physical trauma, my whole life got turned upside down and by body began to shut down. I then started to have more vivide dreams that I head before, but after the events that happened they felt more of a reality. Yet did I know, it was aya speaking me and healing me in my dreams. I spoke toa friend and eventraully found out the women I was dreaming of was, the grandmother medicine.

Then I decided to sit with aya and through that first experience and since then my life has been a jounrey of coming home to my self again and again and again. This brings me to the doors that opened and what has happened for the past 7+ years that brought me to guide souls back home too.

I am a breathwork facilitator trained by Sacred Breath Academy. I went through a 1.5 years training learning how to regulate the nervous system in a trauma informed way while helping souls integrate plant medicine ceremonies with breathwork.

I also support other plant medicines as well such as hape, flowers, herbs, sananga and mushrooms. After being able to heal my PTSD, endometroisis, candida, trauma, chronic pain, insomnia, addiction, depression and anxiety with these plants, it has brought me back to the ancient wisdom of my ancestors and and nature again and again. I am continuing my studies in Herbal medicine with Ecovercity and continuing to offer support to souls feeling called to work with the plants and their truth and divinity through 1:1 healing, retreats and the Earth Dhrama Program ( teaching souls to step into their dharma with the support of community, nature and the elements).
